• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.

Where you give us access to an account (hosting, social media, an ad account), we use it only for the agreed work. Wherever a platform allows it, we ask to be added as a user or manager rather than receiving your password, so you stay in control and can remove our access at any time.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for as long as is reasonably useful to follow up, then deleted. Project and billing records are kept for as long as needed for the work, support and our legal and accounting obligations.
