Pricing and payments
01Why don’t you publish prices?
Because two projects with the same name can differ tenfold in work. A fixed quote for a written scope is more honest than a starting-from figure that grows. The quote is free.
02How do payments work?
Projects are usually paid in stages: a deposit to start, then payments tied to agreed milestones. Monthly services are billed monthly. The schedule is set out in your quote.
03What costs are not included in your quote?
Third-party costs paid directly to providers: domain registration, hosting, premium plugins or themes, app store developer accounts, payment gateway fees and advertising budgets. We tell you about each one up front.
Websites and apps
01Will my website work on phones?
Yes. Everything we build is responsive and tested on phones, tablets and desktops.
02Can I edit the website myself?
Yes. We set it up so you can change text, images and blog posts, and show you how at handover.
03Will my website appear on Google?
We build every site with search foundations in place — titles, descriptions, structure and a sitemap — and submit it to Google. Ranking for competitive terms takes ongoing SEO work, and nobody can honestly guarantee a position.
04Do I need an app or a website?
Most businesses need a website first. An app makes sense when customers use it repeatedly — ordering, booking, tracking. We will advise honestly during discovery.
Social media and SEO
01Do you need my social media passwords?
No. We are added as managers through each platform’s business tools, so you keep ownership and can remove our access at any time.
02Can you guarantee followers or sales?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. We guarantee the work — the plan, the content, the setup and honest reporting — and improve results month by month.
03Is ad spend included in your fee?
No. Ad budgets are paid directly to Meta or TikTok from your own ad account, so you see every rupee spent. Our management fee is separate.
Ownership and support
01Who owns the work?
You do, once the final invoice is paid: design, code, content and every account we set up in your name.
02What happens after launch?
You can manage it yourself, call on us when needed, or take a monthly care plan covering updates, backups and security.
