We are glad to work with almost any legitimate business. This policy sets out the exceptions: work we will not take on, and content we will not build, publish, host or promote for anyone. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

What we will not work on

  • Anything unlawful under the laws of Pakistan, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016, or under the laws where the content is published.
  • Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights — including copied designs, logos and text.
  • Fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation of another business or person, and fake reviews or testimonials.
  • Malware, spam, mass unsolicited messaging, or tools designed to bypass the security of other systems.
  • Hate speech, harassment, or content that incites violence.
  • Advertising that breaks the rules of the platform it runs on.

Your content

You are responsible for the content you ask us to publish or promote and for having the right to use it. We may decline, pause or remove anything that we reasonably believe breaks this policy or a platform's rules.

If a project breaks this policy

We will tell you and, where it can be fixed, give you the chance to fix it. Where it cannot, we may end the work. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to work already done.
